If you submitted your return last Friday, over the weekend or on Monday, please check that you have received a valid submission receipt. If you haven’t, please try again.

Due to a technical issue between the 12th November and 15th November some customers have received a failure message for monthly returns submitted during this time.  The failure response was sent during the evening on 17th November.

These returns need to be re-sent.  Customers who have not already done so should now re-send their return.  Please note that even though the return failed for technical reasons, we recommend that the details entered are checked before re-sending.
